As a preferred REO listing team, we do not cut listing services simply because a property is a REO (foreclosure). Our team fully understands that REO properties are valuable financial assets and we will work diligently to insure that all properties are presented in the highest and best condition. We work directly, and honestly, with all REO teams, Property Preservation teams, HOA boards, to insure that each property is fully prepared for marketing and priced aggressively based on current condition and local market trends.
