Renaissance Realty Group Inc represents several different corporate Sellers (Asset Manger / REO Companies). Each Seller has their own procedure and requirements for submission of offers.

This package is designed to give Agents and their Purchasers the most general and complete GAR and REO forms used by Renaissance Realty Group when submitting offers to our Seller (Asset Manger / REO Company). In no way is this meant to be the final package and complete package. The Seller (Asset Manger / REO Company) often counter on their corporate specific form, which will then become part of the contract that will include all of the terms and condition of the sale.

Please note the Seller (Asset Manger / REO Company) does not use a binding agreement + X days when determining due diligence. Instead they will state a “due diligence completion date” and this completion date is for any and all physical inspections and financing contingencies, so it is imperative that the Buyer be fully prepared and qualified with a lender prior to submitting an offer.

Additionally incomplete packages will not be submitted to the Seller (Asset Manger / REO Company). In the past this delays has resulted in multiple offers being reviewed by the Selling Agency (Asset Manger / REO Company) at the same time.

Buyer / Buyers Agents you are not required to use the package in the entirety. This is package is simply provide to help expedited the process and avoid multiple counter offers and delays due to missing documents.
