Renaissance Realty Group was founded as a agent team in 2006 and became an independent  brokerage in 2008.  In that short time we have become one of the most successful and well respected real estate brokerages in the north metro-Atlanta and Gwinnett County areas.  As a result of our success, we have received numerous requests from agents asking to join our team and therefore have elected to open Renaissance Realty Group up to new membership.

Renaissance Realty Group is an affiliation of Licensed Real Estate business professionals, organized as an independent brokerage for the purpose of promoting the success of our individual members; providing knowledgeable, responsible, and ethical real estate services to our clients and customers; and, providing support to our community and neighborhoods through charitable donations, volunteerism, social networking and activism.

 

Do you have what it takes to be a Renaissance Realty Group Member?

  • We are accepting full-time, experienced real estate professionals who can demonstrate a proven track record of successfully closed transactions.  
  • Inexperienced agents, part-time agents, or new licensees will be considered for membership under a mentorship program on a per case basis. 
  • Renaissance Realty Group is intended for experienced business professionals who are self-starters, highly motivated, independent, competent and  knowledgeable in the real estate profession.  Although we are not a training brokerage, we are very privileged to have as our broker, Eric Reid, a nationally recognized Real Estate Trainer/Coach with Harris Real Estate University.  Our group members are also strongly encouraged to support and cooperate with the general membership to promote good business practices by sharing individual expertise within our member organization.
  • Renaissance Realty Group charges a low monthly fee of $55 which covers each member's E&O insurance, FMLS and GaMLS access, and free standard FOR SALE signs.
